Arena Fit sioux city Transitioning to new ownership, effective July 1.

Dear Arena Fit Family,

We have been overwhelmed with your kind words of support and grace as we have navigated these past few weeks as an ownership team. We have loved the hugs, we shared the tears and we certainly were going to miss your faces and working out with you.

Well….

ARENA FIT IS BAAAAAAACK!! Just when you thought you needed a new fitness home, our Fit Fam stepped up and saved the day. We are excited to welcome Brian and Heather Crichton as the new owner of Arena Fit. Classes will remain in the same place, and same style, but with a new flavor! Are you ready for some burpees?

Lisa, Missy, Alex, Kevin and Heath would still like to welcome you to the Wheelhouse on July 7th from 5:30-8:30 (or whenever) as we celebrate closing our chapter as owners of Arena Fit and celebrate the new owners. Thus, the equipment sale preceding the celebration will not happen. We are so grateful for your continued support over the past 12 years, and we couldn’t be more thankful for your big hearts, and care for us during this transition. We hope you will join us for some food and fellowship.

As Brian and Heather and their team transition into their new roles, we would ask for your grace and understanding. We have been running a fitness facility for over a decade and there are things we just know…as with any transition, there will be lots to learn. We are here to support Brian and his team as much as we can, but there will be things that may change and we appreciate your understanding and kindness through the process. We are excited to still get to teach some classes, learn new ways of doing things, and support our friend through the lens of new business owners. We felt this same excitement when we began this journey and we were supported endlessly by you, and we hope you will help us in supporting the new team in exactly the same way you held us close.

Finally, I encourage you to get your friends to support these local entrepreneurs.  Fitness is an ever-evolving industry, and supporting any local businesses is essential if we want to keep these cool, innovative places in our city. Sure, you can sweat in a small box with three random strangers watching a TV, or you can sweat, and laugh, (and swear) and high five a trainer and your fitfam in an engaging, high energy workout that supports OUR city, not some big box in some far away city.
